Venue Packages & Pricing

Standard Package

$1800 (Fri-Sat-Sun)   $1000 (Mon-Thurs)

Duration: 8 Hours – Includes 2-3 hrs of set up, 4-5 hrs for event, 1 hr clean up.Inclusions:

  • 60" Round Tables
  • Chivari Chairs
  • 8-foot Long Tables
  • Cocktail Tables
  • Surround Sound
  • Custom Uplighting
  • Kitchenette Included

All Day Package

$2200 (Fri-Sat-Sun)   $1400 (Mon-Thurs)

Duration: All-day access from 10 AM to 11 PM Inclusions:

  • Choice of 60" Round, Long, and Cocktail Tables
  • Chivari Chairs
  • Surround Sound
  • Custom Uplighting
  • Kitchenette Included

Deposit & Security Policy:

The deposit to secure your date is half of the full total. In addition, all events require a security deposit of $250. Security deposits are returned to the client within 4 days after their event, as long as there is no damage to property or significant cleaning required. At the conclusion of each event, the venue should be returned to its original condition.

Optional Cleaning Fee:

For clients who don’t want to carry the burden of cleaning up after their event, Venue VI offers the option to add a cleaning service for an additional $250.
